Pan that Palette June Update

With all of the life events (weddings, moving, etc.) during May I missed that update. Oops. It means I do have a bit more progress to show this month! I hit pan in "Kim"! It's hard to see with the angle, but I have a larger pan (& side pan) in "5th Ave". Unfortunately no more changes to the others that already have pan. I'm currently working on "Lula" and "Violeta" - I wear "Lula" as my transition shade and "Violeta" to darken the outer corner each time I do my makeup with this palette. I use "Isabel" in the crease when I use "Kim" or "Muse" on the lid, but I think that one's going to take more time. I think "Bronx" and "Muse" are going to be better as fall colors, so I might keep using the lighter shades to keep expanding the pans.

May/June 2018 Empties

I'm in the midst of a few transitions right now, so my empties posting schedule will be a bit wonky for a while. I just got back from my honeymoon and I didn't feel like separating things out based on month. So the first photo will be honeymoon-specific empties (didn't want to take my trash home this time) and the second will be things finished at home. I'm glad I was able to clear so much out! ~ Laura Mercier pressed setting powder - did not survive the flight. I loved this as my undereye setting powder and will hopefully repurchase at some point (too many powders right now). ~ Algenist Genius Vitamin C serum foil sample - I liked this, but couldn't really tell a difference with this size of sample. ~ Replica Beach Walk Sephora sample - love this perfume. On me it smells like honeysuckle and coconuts. But one of my Youtubers called it "Grandmas on the Boardwalk" so I'd recommend getting a sample first. ~ Hourglass "Peacemaker" lipstic...

Project Use It Up - May 2018 update

I made some changes to my lineup over the course of the month. I chose to remove the Very Hollywood perfume in exchange for using up as many perfume samples as I could. I also made the Skin Laundry cleanser into my travel cleanser, so I'm not going to try to use it every day to finish it. So that's why those two items are crossed off instead of checked off. I'm not feeling taking pictures for this month, so here's my updated checklist below. ~ I'll talk about what I finished when I do my empties post. Stay tuned. ~ That orange spray is really hanging on. I'm still not sure what it's supposed to do, but I've been using it every day after washing my face so I made good progress this month. ~ The highlighter eyeliner is slowly getting shorter. It's been a good base for my inner corner eye shadow. ~ It's so hard to see progress on lip gloss. I can kind of see down the tube if I hold it up to the light, but I suspect it'll hold on f...
